How We Protect Your Account and Information

Your account data and payment details are secured through encryption and stored on protected servers.

Data Encryption

All account and payment information transmitted between your device and our servers uses TLS encryption. Stored data is protected by access controls limited to authorized personnel.

Retention Policy

We keep account activity and deposit/withdrawal records for the duration required by local law. Personal data is deleted within 90 days after account closure unless legal retention applies.

Account Security

Your password is hashed and never stored in plain text. Enable two-factor verification in Settings > Security for added protection. You can change your password anytime through account settings.

Questions About Our Terms and Your Account

Players often ask how our terms affect their day-to-day experience — what happens when they deposit, how withdrawals are processed, what data we keep, and how to close an account. Here are answers to the questions we hear most.

If your account shows no activity for 12 consecutive months, we may place it in dormant status. Your balance remains yours; you can reactivate at any time by logging in and making a deposit or withdrawal request. Dormant accounts are not deleted or forfeited under our terms.

Yes. Go to Settings > Account > Close Account and confirm your choice. We'll close your account immediately, process any remaining balance to your deposit payment method within 3 business days, and retain only records required by law. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

We keep deposit and withdrawal records for a minimum of five years from the date of each transaction, as required by local financial regulations. You can view your full history in Account > Transaction History anytime. After account closure, we retain records for an additional two years for compliance, then delete them.

Withdrawals go back to the original deposit method: DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS or bank transfer. Verification takes 1–2 hours; processing takes 1–3 business days depending on your bank. QRIS and DANA typically clear fastest. Check your transaction status in Account > Withdrawals.

Contact support with your account number, the round ID or withdrawal ID, and details of the issue. Our team investigates within 48 hours, reviews our server logs, and either resolves the issue or explains why the round stands. We notify you by email and in-app message with the outcome.

Our terms apply equally to all accounts and depend on local law. You cannot opt out of them. If we update our terms, we'll notify you 30 days in advance by email and in-app message. If you don't accept the changes, you can close your account before they take effect.

If we detect unusual patterns — rapid deposits and withdrawals, or rounds that deviate sharply from your history — we may temporarily restrict withdrawals while we verify your identity. We'll contact you by email and live chat within 24 hours. Verification usually takes 1–2 business days. This protects both your account and our platform.
